| 1 | M&L Checking of Earth Resistance of Chemical / conventional Earthing to maintaining the Register here-in-after (approximate 750 Nos location) all as directed by engineer incharge NOTE :- (a) Contractor will Check Earth Resistance of earthing Every Day(Minimum 25 Nos of earthing per day) and will be recorded in Register, and signature by user and register will be put up to the Engineer-in-Charge on the every Next Day.(b) Earth Resistance Tester will be provided by the Contractor. (Tester should be caliberated from Authorised Company).(c) Contractor will be responsible for pouring of water in the Earth Pits at his own arrangement with Water Tanker, etc.However, only Water will be provided by the Department.(d) Checking of Earth Pits existing and improve it by watering/adding a layer of Salt/ Magnesium Sulphate/Charcoal, etc till desired value.(e) Contractor will be responsible for marking of Earth Check date and due date on existing Plate with paint as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 25 | M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing of technology with copper bonded steel rod 3 mtr long 25.0 mm dia with 250 micron copper bonded coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 kgs each of earth enchancing complound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compund should be IEC 62321. The ph valve of compound should be 7-8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 KA rms for 1 sec,including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemical chemicals and poly plastic pit cover of material polymer body & cover dimension -308 mm (L) x 308 mm(W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete incl taking down existing u/s earthing all as directed. |
