The amount of Rs. 40 (Rupees Forty) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's in the final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fixed deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE against guarantee money.(ii) The water proofing shall be carried out by authorized applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (iii) Materials shall be procured from manufacturer/authorized dealer only and original purchase voucher for the full quantity of material shall be procured by the contractor.(iv). The contractor shall submit ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with any one manufacturer mentioned in PS/List of Makes to AGE and same shall be approved by GE before commencement of work against this item. |
