| 1 | M & L for filteration of transformer oil of different capacity/Rating to remove moisture ,sludge, carbon particles and to acheive the dielectric strength / repturing capacity of oil not less than 50 KV/ minute with 2.5 mm gap and topping up of oil to the required level of transformer indicator level all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1)Topping up of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately (2) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant and it's electric supply. (3) Contractor should take shutdown and filtration should be done in offline only . |

| 16 | M&L for Dismantling the distribution Transformer 11/0.433 KV Oil Cooled copper wound of following capacity from installed position on existing platform after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides on site for necessary repairs like replacement of washers, replacement of sleeves, taps, kerb tapes, cork sheet, refilling of oil, etc after checking and make fully functional the Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI) and Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI) including replacement of unserviceable item (if required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimble & PG clamps, commissioning including refilling of transformer oil after dehydration with dielectric strength (min 60 KV) and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) HT/LT bushes, breather assembly, Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(iii) Filteration and topping up of transformer oil shall be measured and paid under respective items in schedule if necessary after checking the breakdown value of oil. |
