| 2 | Almirah Large Steel : FD-1031, SHEET 1/1Overall size shall be 920mm x 485mm x 1985mm. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U-shape with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1 mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high. Top, sides, bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments. Front shutter shall have two leaves of equal size. One Stainless steel handle of approved pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . The locking device shall be three way locking device with brass lock. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75 mm fixed to each shutter with Screws and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. All steel surfaces internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dual shade over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces wherever working of painting shall be feasible. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as shown on drawing. |

| 4 | ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD - 1032) Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. A three way Brass locking device shall be provided to front shutters. | 10 | BOOK CASE : FD-237, SHEET 1/1All as specified and shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 300mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 45mmx45mm upto 40mm from top of legs and 25mmx25mm in section at bottom of legs. The legs shall be 100mm high fixed together with 25mmx40mm in section teakwood rails in short and long sides. The top body of Book Case shall be fixed over the frame from the bottom of rails with screws. The body of Book Case shall project on longer side upto 150mm from the centre of side rails and project upto 50mm from centre of long rails in short direction. Entire frame of Book Case shall be of 18mm thick commercial plywood BWR Grade with .8 mm Sunmica on both sides with prior approval from Engr-in-Charge for shade of same thickness.Shelf in Cupboard in the left hand side shall be 380mm wide and 12mm thick hick commercial plywood BWR Grade with 1 mm Sunmica on both sides. | 13 | SOFA SET 5 SEATER (3+2) WITH CUSHION ( FD - 281)(Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one seat piece shall be 670mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces. Arm rests shall be made to shape out of 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm. 14 numbers battens of teak wood shall be provided for the long seat and four numbers of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of back rest. 30mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs. 100mm thick seat cushions and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (three numbers in seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat). In one seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in back and one in seat of size 530mm x 560mm. The cushion shall be of Kurlon/Sleepwell of 40 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge.Cushion shall be covered with approved color & Quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish. Rest all as shown on drawing. |
| 14 | CHAIR EASY CUSHIONED : FD-358, SHEET 1/1All wood shall be of first class hard wood Teak. Front legs shall be 70mmx25mm in section and 520mm high. Rear legs shall be of 70mmx25mm in section slanting 185mm horizontally in the height of 490mm. Front and rear rails shall be provided below the seat joining front legs and rear legs. Front legs shall be 510mm apart and rear legs shall be 480mm apart. The top of front legs shall have wooden arms rest of 65mmx25mm in section and 610mm long made to shape as shown on drawing.
