| 6 | Rewinding of 1(one) no coils for R phase (HV & LV) by the new winding wire with new insulation shall be as per same size and dimension using H class triple coated super enamled fibre glass coated varnished EC grade copper conductor. (N.B- Rate is considering after deduction of burnt out scrap copper winding value) |
| 7 | Making all H.T & LT winding insulation by TPC (Triple paper cover) as per direcction. |
| 8 | Making insulation materials (Compressed press board, Cellulose Paper, Prerma Wood & SRBG with high quality H class triple coated coated varnished as per diretion |

| 11 | Reassembling of Transformer with all H.T and L.T(new & old) winding with core to existing Transformer Tank by the help of lifting arrangemnt as per direction. |
| 12 | Wovening of winding & core assembling for removing of moisture and improving insulation resistance value in between Phase to Phase and Phase to core and other as per IE rules as per diretion |
| 13 | Supply of Resistance moving contract for above transformer as per existing sample |
| 14 | Servicing overhauling charges of OLTC and fitting fixing of above supply Resistance moving contract as per direction of EIC. |
| 15 | Making Multy layer insulation tap for Lead of Transformer to OLTC as per direction |
| 16 | Fitting Fixing of top cover, cooling tube and connection of I/P & O/P Terminals conservetor tank. H.T & L.T Bushing & OLTC unit of the above Transformer after replacement of Gasket as per direction of EIC. |
| 17 | Supply and delivery of new Transformer Oil (minaral cooling Oil) as per IS-335-1993. |
| 18 | Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer Oil by heat run process for improvement of IR Value (minimum 60KV/mnt) by the hiring of Filtering Machine as per I.E Rules. |
| 19 | Charge for Testing of above repaired transformer as per IS with the help of all necessary instruments.(N.B-Agency shall inform to PHE authority in time for such testing as PHE may witness the same. |
| 20 | Spray Painting of transformer as per IS standard, and necessary packing for safe transportation. |
| 21 | Transportation of repaired Transformer (2000 KVA) from Electrical works to MKT New WTP site provided hydra for loading & unloading including charges of all toll tax as per direction of EIC. |
| 22 | Installation of the above repaired 2000 KVA Transformer to exixting place of the out door type sub-station including all incomming outgoing power line, earthing attachmant and instrument cannection as per direction of EIC |
| 23 | Commissioning and site testing of the above repaired transformer including all instrument in the sub station i.e- OTI.WTI, Buchholz relay alarm & Tripping connection Breaker etc for performing satisfactorily as per direction of E.I.C |
| 24 | N.B- a) Work shall be deemed completed only when all the testing of transformer has been done successfully and certificates to be furnished along with the delivery of Transformer.b) Agency shall quote the above rates after deducting the value of old scrap which shall be retained by the party. |
