| 1 | Disconnection of incoming and outgoing power line, earthing attachment, and instrument connection from 11/0.433 KV transformer and lowering transformer with the help of a hydra as per the direction of EIC. |
| 2 | Drain out of Transformer cooling Oil (260 Ltr)from Transformer tank and collect to a 220Ltr Drum, including Hiring & Carrying charges of 220 ltr 2 nos empty Drum as per direction of EIC. |
| 3 | Transportation charges of Transformer from site to Electrical workshop, provided a hydra for loading & unloading, including charges of all toll tax as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Testing of the above faulty transformer and detection of actual fault by the Skilled Technical Personal as per direction of E.I.C |
| 5 | Dismantling of top cover, H.T & L.T Bushing, cooling tube, conservetor tank and Takenout of Transformer all H.T and L.T winding with core , from existing Transformer Tank of the above Transformer as per direction. |
| 6 | Rewinding of 3(three)nos HT & LT coils for all phase by the new winding wire with new insulation shall be as per the existing same size and dimension using H class triple coated super enameled fibre glass coated varnished EC grade copper conductor. (N.B- Rate is considering after deduction of burnt-out scrap copper winding value) |
| 7 | Making insulation materials like Compressed press board, Cellulose Paper, Prerma Wood, & kraft papers with high-quality H-class triple-coated varnished as per direction |
| 8 | Charges for LT & HT winding brazing. |
| 9 | Wovening of winding & core assembling for removing of moisture and improving insulation resistance value in between Phase to Phase and Phase to core and other as per IE rules as per diretion |
| 10 | Supplying the core, duct, coil assembly, and other insulating parts for the above transformer as per the existing sample. |
| 11 | Reassembling of Transformer with all H.T and L.T(new) winding with above supplied core to existing Transformer Tank by the help of lifting arrangemnt as per direction. |
| 12 | Fitting Fixing of top cover, cooling tube and connection of I/P & O/P Terminals conservetor tank. H.T & L.T Bushing & OLTC unit of the above Transformer after replacement of Gasket as per direction of EIC. |
| 13 | Charge for Testing (IR value, magnetic balance, ratio, magnetizing current, core loss, vector group, high voltage test, double voltage double frequency) of above repaired transformer as per IS with the help of all necessary instruments.(N.B-Agency shall inform to PHE authority in time for such testing as PHE may witness the same.) |
| 14 | Spray Painting of transformer as per IS standard, and necessary packing for safe transportation. |
| 15 | Supply and Delivery of new transformer oil from BMD office Departmental store 1 or 2 nos drum(210 ltr each drum) |
| 16 | Transportation charge of carrying tranformer oil from BMD office store to Baricha site including labour charge of loading unloading |
