5M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6All as per sr No 5.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 9 to 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 Sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.
8All as per sr No 7.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 7 to 8 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L coloured/ printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 but not exc 0.11 Sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.
10M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450X 350X 7mm/450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
11Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar
12M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone (slab) of any colour/type, (table rubbed and polished) work as in floors/ vertical surfaces, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment, complete all specified and directed.
13M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and as directed.
14Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work etc complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to radius half brick wall built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
17Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M&L for preparation of new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty for making surface smooth on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats Acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed.
22Dismantling of timber scantlings exc 40 Sq-cm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Dismantling of timber scantlings less than 40 sq. cm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
24Dismantling of structure steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Framed work as in false ceiling, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 A quality grade, all as specified and directed.
26Prelaminated particle board 12mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in false ceiling fixed to Mild steel/ timber frame, complete all as specified.
27Cutting holes exc. half brick but not exc one brick in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar & stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting hold fasts & making good dismantled portion in mortar (1:3) or PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 as required
28S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, posts, struts, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, base plate and gusset plates etc confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.
29S&F PVC Sheet Wall Panelling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Including all necessary fittings and scaffolding for heighted site. 2. Sample of Wall Panelling must be produced before GE/ Engr-in-Charge/ User before incorporating into the works.
30Taking down Chowkhats of frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

35S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheets all as per specification & drawing.
36S&F of factory Made Solid panel PVC door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
37S&F of 2nd class hard wood 30mm to 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters for doors, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.
38S&F of 2nd class hard wood 30mm to 35mm thick, plain framed, panelled door shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats all as specified & directed.
39S&F of 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick glazed & skeleton shutters for windows , open rebated & prepared to receive glass/gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass etc size of member of shutters as specified in SSR part-1 sec 8 clause 8.24(b) supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified.
40S&F 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.
41S&F of 2nd class hard wood Plain solid straight chowkhats of wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete including tarring back of surface in contact with walls all as specified & directed.
