| 5 | Providing scaffolding arrangements for Dismantling the existing Variable Load Hangers 10/160 & 11/160 for erection and commissioning the new hangers |
| 6 | Supporting the pipe line and existing Variable Load Hanger assembly by required separate chain block, Removing the Variable load hanger 10/160 & 11/160 and kept on the plat form and lowering the hanger (4.5 mtr to 13.5mtr floor level) by using chain blocks. |
| 7 | Fixing the base plate, welding the ‘U’ clamps & Tie rods and erecting the new Variable load hangers 10/160 & 11/160, finally adjusting the Tie rod for required reading and releasing all the chain block from the existing line including providing new Tie rod. |
