| 4 | Deployment of skilled manpower, the following scope of work i) Taking monthly readings of each flow meter installed at individual industries, recoding the monthly reading in the register ii) Inspecting the physical condition of the flow meters, display units, RTUs etc. Photographs with GPS location of the display units, Flow meters and RTUs etc. shall be taken using a Smart mobile phone iii) Cleaning of the bushes and shrubs in the surrounding area deplay & RTU unit iv) Submission of readings to all the concerned industries and to the B.M.D. P.H.E Dte. Bankura & WBIDC Barjora office as per direction and requirement. |
| 5 | Preparation of water charges bills and arrangement of billing for each flow meter for individual industries (based on meter reading recorded in register) in the prescribed format, as per the fixed WBIDC schedule of water consumption charges per kilolitre, this shall be done by engaging skilled data entry operators & software support personal. This includes cost of printing, photocopying, and mailing charges as per direction of the E.I.C |
