| 1 | Making suitable provision for maintenance of entire electrification of the office building under Bankura Mechanical Division P.H.E Dte at Ailakundi PHE Complex Bankura as per the following criteria:• All ceiling , exhaust and wall Fans under this office and the Sub Divisions including the indoor stores also.• All Light points including the HPSV / LED Light point at roof and attached to the office / Store building excluding the campus lighting • Entire LT wiring of the office and the indoor Stores• 63 KVA Power back up system set including the auto manual starting mechanism • Minor repairing of the above Excluding supply of major items• Maintenance of Photocopier machine, drinking water purifier (parts excluded) as per direction.• Maintenance for Cleanliness and beautification of in front of the office building including supply of as per direction of EIC. |
| 2 | Supervision charges for electrical installation by licensed electrician having requisite parts as per IE rules 1956 with latest amendments and overhead expenditures for the above period. |
| 3 | Supply of HSD at site including all carriage and storage for running 87.5 BHP (62.5 KVA) diesel engine on as and when required basis for above period as per direction and as per log book. |
