| 2 | 16 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) to wall surface in all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 3 | Masonry work using Flyash Bricks of size 250mm X 125mm X 80mm having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs/ cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure with portland slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 5 | Providing, fitting and fixing of vertified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm plain (Ivory) in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury, mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance of precast tiles, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
