1Cost for all locations in this quotation =Note : The Consultant shall submit a separate, standalone Detailed Project Report (DPR) for each individual site, ensuring that each report is fully complete with all its required appendices, drawings, and supporting documents.
2The work self consists of following activities A - Topographical survey
3(i) Fixation of two numbers of ground control PCC cast in situ pillar having dimension 300 x 300 x 1000 mm. A steel plate should be fixed over top of pillar. The pillar should be 600 mm under ground with sufficient fixed attachment.(ii) Fixation of survey reference coordinate (X Y & Z) on this control pillar. X Y,Z coordinate should be made with hand held GPS.(iii) Topographical survey using electronic total station for project influence area. Survey should be done accurately so that a grid can be formed with 5m x 5m grid line. (iv) Conducting necessary Hydrographical survey as required for proposed work as per direction of E-i.C.(v) Preparation of Topographical and Hydrographic survey drawing in Auto – CAD format. RAW survey data as excel file to be submitted.(vi) Submission of Topographical survey with contour drawing (colour in A3 paper) as hard copy and soft copy in pendrive.

5B. Sub soil investigation
6Mobilisation Charges of all tools & Plants along with accessories, material, labour, supervision etc. at site of work required in connection with boring and testing work, including setting up boring rigs and shifting to different Bore-hole points etc. and also including withdrawal of same from the site after completion of work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.a) Detailed InvestigationNote : Rate of mobilisation & Demobilisation should be quoted considering avarage distance based on present jetties location
7Making boreholes of 150mm to 250mm dia by any standard method to 35 m. depth below ground level/bed level in all kinds of soil like clay, silt, sand, stiff clay, mixed soil etc. except rock (for the purpose of collecting disturbed and undisturbed soil samples, conducting standard penetration tests at suitable intervals etc.) including preparation and submission of bore log as per IRC;75and 78and CI. 2400 of specifications for Road and Bridge works published by IRC, and also including cost of labour, hire charges, of tools and plants complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.(Payment will be be made on the length driven into the ground). When casing of pipe is used to prevent collapse of bore(casing pipe to be finally withdrawn)

10Collecting Undisturbed soil sample of 10 cm dia and about 40 cm long at intervals of 3m, or at change of strata as required upto any depth, with the help of standard sampling tube including sealing the tube at both ends with Paraffin wax (25 mm-thick) numbering, labelling, packing etc. and also including cost of labour, hire charges of tools & plants complete as per direction of Engg-in-Chargefor detailed investigation for every 3m
11Collection of distrubed samples @1.50 m imterval from bore hole
12Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) in the boreholes already made at intervals of 3m, or at change of strata as required upto 20 m. depth in all kinds of soil like clay, silt, sand and stiff clay etc.except rock including collection of sample for further testing keeping all record and submission of results in prescribed proforma and also including labour charges, hire charges of tools and plants complete as per direction of Engg-In-Charge as per IS 2131.Detailed Investigation at every 3 mintervals
13Performing Laboratory tests on disturbed/undisturbed soil samples as per standard procedure including tabulation of test results in Prescribed Proforma as per direction of Engg-In-Charge. As per IS/IRC code provision.Note: All test should be done from the NABL accredited laboratories for Geo-technical Investigation.

15Pavement Soil Investigation including DCPT and Drainage study - Pit (1m x 1m) 2 ( Two ) nos 500.0M apart (min) or as per instruction of the E-I-C including note down existing pavement composition collection of sub grade soil and necessary testing including mobilisation charge of all tools & plants as per IRC codal provision as follows.i) Sieve Analysisii) Atterberg's Limitiii) Standard Proctor Testiv) Free Swell Indexv) CBR
