| 1 | Non-Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems at CIAL, including 24×7 operation of T1 and Import Cargo Fire Pump Houses and preventive, periodic, and breakdown maintenance of fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, hose boxes, pipelines, valves and associated systems. Spares such as hydrant washers, hydrant heads, hose boxes, fire hose reels, all types of valves and pipes, etc will be provided by CIAL. Manpower requirement shall be as per the Technical Specifications. The rate shall include all required manpower, PPE, tools & tackles, consumables, testing, breakdown attendance, documentation, permits/entry passes, etc complete as per the Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, SCC, GCC and all other conditions of the Tender Book. |
