| 1 | Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. upto 60 mtrs BGL or above as per the strata encountered including installation, testing and commissioning of Mark-II hand pump by using ODEX method. The job includes transportation of men and machinery and material to site of drilling. The job includes extraction of MS casing pipe if any required during the drilling work and construction of platform as per site conditions. |
| 2 | Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, (Heavy C-Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. The cost includes transportation charges upto the site and 3rd party inspection charges of the material at the manufacturer end. |
