| 2 | Note for Item No 1:- (a) The controller should be compatible to run the lift G+8 floors (Total nine landing) having fan and sufficient space for VVVF drive. (b) Main VVVF drive should be provided with calibration pad & proper mounting in controller along with any other connections as required. (c) Any other arrangement/alteration for smooth functioning of lift should be done by contractor without any extra cost. (d) The control wiring shall be secured confirmed to standard wiring practice & it should be proper fixing on wall/in duct cover with clamping, saddling etc complete. (e) Contractor shall be required to connect; transfer & interrupt power supply & protect the motor against over load. (f) During the execution of work any civil/cement work done by contractor with own arrangement and no extra cost. (g) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of minor spares. |
