(ii) The bidder shall refer to Option \\"Excess (+) of Less(-)\\" available at 4th row under Column 'E' of this BoQ to quote for adding thereto/deducting there from the rates contained in afore said MES Schedule. (iii) Being this tender is for a Term contract and quantities of items are as and when required, Estimated Rate, quantity and amounts to be inserted by the Department has not been shown.
