Tender for Supply And Stacking Of 50,000 Cum Machine Crushed Track Ballast As Per Railways Specification At Sikir Depot From Outside Railway Land/Quarry And Loading Into Railways Wagons Under The Jurisdiction Of Aden/Titlagarh Of Sambalpur Division. , - Supply Of Contractors Machine Crushed Stone Ballast As Per Railways Specification At Sikir Depot Including Cost Of The Materials,Transporting, Making Of Roads, Crossing Of All Lines As Required Etc., With All Lead, Lift,Royalty, Cess And All Types Of Taxes Leviable By The Local Bodies/Central/State Govt. During The Currency Of The Contract And Stacking The Ballast At The Location(S) Given By The Aden In-Charge, Including Crossing Of Railway Line(S) And Any Obstructions Available,Levelling/Compacting And Preparing Stacking Ground And Loading The Ballast Into All Types Of Railways Wagons Within Allowable Free Loading Time. Note: 1.Ballast Samples And Test Reports Are To Be Submitted Along With Tender. 2.The Rate Quoted By The Tenderer For One Cum. Of Ballast Will Be Sub-Divided Into Two Parts And Payment Will Be Released As Mentioned Below: I)On Satisfactory Supply,Delivery And Stacking : 85% Of The Payable Rate. Ii)On Satisfactory Loading: :15% Of The Payable Rate. The Payable Rate Will Be Arrived Based On Rate Quoted By The Tenderer And Percentage Payment Payable Based On Sieve Analysis As Per 8.02.03 Of Specification Of Track Ballast. 3.The Above Rates Are Inclusive Of All Taxes, Royalties And Cess, License Fees Legally Leviable. 4. Condition For Providing Cctv The Contractor Has To Provide, Install, And Maintain Cctv At Adequate Focus Points In The Supply/Loading Yard Of Ballast And Nearby Fob, Etc. Free Of Cost To Capture Total Video Of All Activities In The Ballast Yard, Ballast Siding And Wagon Movements In Hd Quality/High Resolution Right From The Commencement Of The Contract And Till The Completion Period Of Contract. The Video Footages Should Be Interlinked And Transmitted To The Concerned Aden, Sse(P-Way), Mti, And Den/Sr.Den Through Appropriate Network Protocol. The Complete Video Footages Should Be Kept Stored For Verification As And When Needed By The Railway. A Token Penalty Of Rs. 2000/Day Will Be Levied For Non-Working Or Non-Transmitting The Footages On Any Day To The Authorities Mentioned Above.
