| 1 | Providing and applying of hot thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick for edge lines, centre lines, stop lines, zebra crossings, letters, numerals, diagonals and chembrons etc. including reflectorising glass beads @250gms. Per Sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to level, uniform and free from streks and holes. The thermoplastic compound shall be screeded/extruded on the surface in moltan state by suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying of surface application of glass beads at a specific rate. The marking should be capable of resisting deformation by traffic, it should not be slippery when wet and marking shall not deteriorate by contact with sodium chloride, Calcium chloride or oil dropping from traffic. The material shall be free from all skin, dirt and foreign objects and shall comply as per table 800-9 and 800-10 complete in all respect as per Clause 803.4.1 of MORT&H specification (5th revision) and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 2 | Providing & fixing of factory manufactured fine finished Cylindrical Bollard 150mm dia Fiber Reinforced Plastic moulds of size 950mm high over ground level and 300mm below G.L.made with M-35 mix concrete design using 1250 mm long 4 nos 10 mm dia TMT Steel bars, 6 mm Dia Stirrups @ 150mm c/c consisting of 2 cuts of 75mm height at top for reflector sheet type-IV, Fibre reinforcement plastic moulds fixed in ground with C.C. 1:2:4 block of size 300mm x 300mm x 450mm. The rate further includes making of pit, providing and fixing of reflector sheet type-IV complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Enginner-in-charge. (NS) |
