Name of Work:- Repairs/Replacement of CGI roof of the Chemical shed (01) at QC&P Store Sub Division 1st HMT Srinagar.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling of existing CGI sheets of roof by using tools/tackles & skilled labour. The job includes disposal and stacking of the same within a lead of 50m as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of GS Sheets)
2Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
3Deduct on account of cost of old scrap. The actual weight of the scrap shall be arrived at the time of actual execution of the job and same shall be reflected in the workdone/Completion of the work. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
