| 1 | Notes:1.All work should be done without damaging the existing infrastructure and laboratory equipment. Use sheets for placing of material.2. No Debris/Waste materials shall be left over during the work.3. The contractor has to be clean the site after the complertion of work and handover as satisfection of Engineer-in-Charge.4. Before quoting, the Bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site nature, conditions and Quantum/ scope of work involved. Site inspection and uploading of report is mandatory. The bidder shall upload the site inspection report duly signed by departmental representative and Bidder. Without the site inspection report, the bid will be summarily rejected.5. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles and installation including all taxes (except EPF and ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect.6. The Workers employed for the work still strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. |
| 2 | 7. The contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970. Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employee State Insurance Act. Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under.8. Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF and ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ Central Government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF and ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor The Bidder should not consider EPF and ESI in his rates.9.
