Dindoribrief Of Camc:Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (Hereafter Referred To As Camc) Shall Be On-Site For Cctv Surveillance System Installed In Halozar Airport, Nashik. The Camc Will Cover All The Software And Hardware Parts As Per Bill Of Material During The Period Of Camc Agreement. No Equipment /Item/Part Would Be Left Outside The Purview Of Camc I.E. All Consumable Items Etc Are Also Covered In The Scope Of Camc. Replacement Of All The Defective Parts/Accessories /Cctv Camera/Workstation/Network Switches/Servers/Storage/55Led Panels Etc Shall Be Within The Scope Of Camc. All The Defective Parts Shall Be Replaced By Successful Bidder With Brand New Genuine Part Of Same Make, Model, Specifications Or Equivalent / Higher, Acceptable To Engineer-In-Charge Of Hal Nashik As Per The Guidelines Of Stqc. In Case Of Defective Hard Disk / Ssd Shall Be Replaced By Successful Bidder, However, Defective Hard Disk / Ssd Will Not Be Given Back To Bidder And Will Be Retained With Hal As Per It Security Policy Of Hal. Refurbished Or Repaired Hdd / Ssd / Spare Parts Are Not Acceptable.
