| 2 | Providing services of Technical Assistance for providing Assistance to the security staff for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning and providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing, as and when required of Fortuna Control Make Boom Barrier System. The operator should be adequately trained and should have knowledge for Boom Barrier as per terms & conditions and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc as required by as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. | 4 | Providing of MS Base plate of size 350mm x300mm with bend on the edges by 30mm through CNC machine and having 4 Nos machine holesincluding priming and powder coating of the complete plate by using PU quality primer and paint or hot dipped galvanized the thickness of plate should be minimum of 5 mm for existing Fortuna Make boom barrier i/c dismantling and credit buy back to contractor of old defective/unserviceable part. |
| 5 | Replacement of damaged Micro controller based Control-Board controller having programming LED display and user interface for the local programming through soft touch buttons /mounted on the controller housing to control DC brushless motor operations for adjusting arm angle, open/close speed, amperometric sensing, auto- close function etc compatible with the Existing Fortuna Make boom barriersi/c dismantling and credit buy back to contractor of old defective/unserviceable part. |
| 6 | Replacement of defective/unserviceable front cover of Existing Fortuna Make boom barriers. The cover shall be made from minimum 3mm thickness M.S. sheet, bend on the edges through CNC with machined holes for the lock installation and finished with hot dipped galvanization and powder coating with suitable RAL shade etc as requiredi/c dismantling and credit buy back to contractor of old defective/unserviceable part. |
| 7 | Replacement of defective/unserviceable Power supply unit 24 V 10 Amp of Existing Fortuna Make boom barriers . The PSU shall be enclosed in a SS housing with industrial grade heat sinks on the main board to dissipate/absorb excessive heat and further protection using high quality ceramic fuse at the input circuitetc as requiredi/c dismantling and credit buy back to contractor of old defective/unserviceable part.
