| 3 | The item shall also include dismantling/removal of existing Lift Parts along with civil works, masonry, plaster, flooring or other obstructions wherever required for installation of the new lift, including cutting, breaking, removal and disposal of dismantled material, and making good the affected surfaces and providing and executing all minor civil works required in connection with installation of new lift at site, including providing floor lintel beams; fixing of granite stone; white washing of lift shaft; construction of pit buffer foundation; providing and fixing 03 Nos. load hooks of 03 MT capacity each; providing smoke window/opening as required; grouting of motor channels; complete wall patch repair, making good of all damaged/affected surfaces and white washing/finishing, including all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and tackles, curing, finishing and disposal of debris, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
