1Material and labour for providing and laying first-quality, fine machine-cut, mirror-polishable Kota stone slab flooring of nominal thickness 20 mm to 25 mm, of approved shade, size, texture, and colour (selected greenish-blue, grey, or brown), conforming to IS 1130 and IS 1443, in floors, landings, corridors, passages, and treads of steps at all heights, elevations, and floor levels, executed in a comprehensive flooring and finishing sequence comprising: thoroughly cleaning, chipping, hacking, washing, and pre-wetting the base concrete / RCC substrate, applying a neat cement slurry bonding coat; laying a 15 mm thick (average thickness) bedding screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 (1 part ordinary Portland cement : 6 parts graded coarse sand / fine aggregate); setting, tapping with wooden mallets, and bedding the pre-wetted Kota stone slabs true to line, level, and specified drainage slope using neat grey cement slurry applied over the screed bed at the rate of not less than 4.40 kg of cement per square metre of floor area, admixed with approved light-fast mineral colour pigment to match the stone shade; jointing with uniform fine hairline/paper joints, filling and pointing joints flush with matching pigment-admixed cement slurry or polymer-modified grout; precision machine edge cutting, straight cutting, and notch cutting around columns, pipes, and corners; continuous water curing for a minimum period of not less than 7 days; followed by systematic multi-stage mechanical machine grinding, rubbing, and polishing using water and carborundum abrasive stones of progressive grit sizes (rough cut with Grit No. 60, intermediate with Grit Nos. 120 and 240, and fine finish with Grit No. 320), washing clean, grouting fine pinholes with matching cement slurry, light grinding, and final mirror-buffing with oxalic acid and tin oxide / approved floor wax to obtain an ultra-smooth, high-gloss, even, non-slippery, scratch-free, and stain-free surface; including washing down, cleaning all slurry splashes and stains from adjacent walls, skirtings, doors, and frames, complete all as specified.(Note:Rates include the 15 mm average thick CM 1:6 screed bed, cement slurry bedding @ 4.40 kg/sq.m with matching pigment, machine cutting, joint pointing, multi-stage machine grinding, rubbing, oxalic acid mirror polishing, and curing. 37Material and labour for providing and applying a comprehensive multi-layer waterproofing treatment system to RCC roof slabs, terraces, balconies, and chajjas at all heights, elevations, and floor levels, executed in a systematic and monolithic sequence strictly comprising the following stages:(a) Base Plaster & Bedding Screed: Providing and laying a 10 mm nominal thickness cement plaster / screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 part ordinary Portland cement : 4 parts graded coarse sand / fine aggregate) admixed with approved integral water proofing compound (WPC conforming to IS 2645 at manufacturer recommended dosage), laid directly over the RCC roof slab while the slab concrete is green (or over a pre-wetted and neat cement slurry hacked surface) to true line, level, and specified drainage slopes/camber (not flatter than 1 in 100), finished smooth with a wooden float and steel trowel, including forming 75 mm × 75 mm rounded fillets / covings at all parapet wall junctions and vertical upstands, and wet curing for not less than 7 days;(b) Bituminous Priming Coat: Preparing and drying the plastered surface completely, cleaning off all dust, dirt, and loose particles, and applying a uniform coat of approved solvent-based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 at the rate of not less than 0.40 kg per square metre (0.40 litre/sq.m, having density at 25°C between 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre and dynamic viscosity between 70 to 160 cps) evenly over the entire horizontal floor surface and vertically up parapet walls/upstands to a minimum height of 300 mm above finished roof level, allowing it to dry to a touch-dry condition;(c) Prefabricated APP Polymer-Modified Membrane:
38Providing and laying 3.0 mm nominal thickness (weighing not less than 3.50 kg per square metre) Atactic Polypropylene (APP) polymer-modified bitumen-based prefabricated 5-layer waterproofing membrane, reinforced with non-woven spun-bonded polyester reinforcement core/matt (minimum 160 g/m²), black finished with thin thermofusible polyethylene film on both sides, laid over the primed surface by torch-on application using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) blow torches (or approved cold sticker application conforming to manufacturer technical specifications) to soften the bottom bitumen layer and bond it 100% homogeneously to the substrate, dressing the membrane vertically up the parapet walls to a minimum height of 300 mm and tucking/anchoring into a 65 mm × 65 mm groove cut in the parapet masonry sealed with cement mortar 1:3 admixed with WPC/elastomeric sealant, maintaining strict seam overlaps of not less than 150 mm on longitudinal (length) joints and not less than 100 mm on transverse (width / end) joints, with all overlaps sealed and smoothed using heated trowels/blades to achieve a seamless, blister-free, and watertight bond;(d) Protective Solar Reflective Coating: Applying two uniform coats of approved bitumastic aluminium paint / solar-reflective bituminous aluminium protective paint (conforming to IS 2339 / IS 158) over the exposed surface of the laid APP membrane (after conducting 48-hour continuous water ponding leakage tests to verify complete watertightness), maintaining required drying intervals between coats to provide UV radiation and thermal protection;including providing necessary double/cantilever scaffolding, staging, ladders, edge protection, LPG burner torches, gas cylinders, tools, and cleaning up all splashes, drips, and debris from adjoining walls, joinery, and glass panes, complete all as specified.
39(Note: Measurement shall be taken on the net exposed surface area treated [including vertical tucks/upstands up parapet walls] in square metres [Sq.m]. Cement plaster and screed materials shall conform to IS 269 / IS 1489, sand to IS 1542 / IS 383, integral waterproofing compound to IS 2645, bitumen primer to IS 3384, prefabricated APP modified bitumen membrane to IS 16405 / IS 16532 / ASTM D5147, bitumastic aluminium paint to IS 2339 / IS 158, and waterproofing code of practice to IS 3067 / IS 1609. Rates include the 10 mm CM 1:4 plaster with WPC, bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg/sq.m, 3 mm APP membrane [$\ge 3.5\text{ kg/m}^2$] with 150 mm/100 mm torch-welded overlaps, tucking into parapet grooves, two coats of bitumastic aluminium paint, 48-hour water ponding test, staging, and scaffolding at all heights. Base structural RCC roof slabs, parapet wall masonry, rain water pipes/khurras, and subsequent protective PCC/tile wear courses [if ordered] shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' unless specified otherwise. 40Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm n exc 4 sqm (without taking off shutter from the frames) and removal from site complete all as specified
41Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and removal of rubbish off the site of work as all as specified.

44S&F in repair Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on SI page No 156 of SSR Part-II completed.
