2Dismantling of PCC cable duct tray of any type and any size in length, width, depth, including disconnecting of cables from the LT Panels , transformer, GOD, VCB, changeover swith etc complete all as specified and as directed and removal of debris from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
3Supply , install , testing and commissioning of wire mesh cable tray hot dip galvanised type of size of 105 mm height X 600 mm width, 3 meter length each as per EN 12329 and IEC 61537 with wire diameter of 3.9 to 5.9 mm and having SST of 550 Hrs tested , having E30/E90 certification, with following specification all as per directed by engr in charge.i) C41S/RCSN/R35 (wall/celling/ground mounting supports) every after 1 meter distance.ii) Kitaster coupler (Jointimg tray ) 5 sets per joint.iii) Down rod of 1 meter length each.iv) Nuts 3 nos for each rod.v) COUPFIL(Cutter) 01 No.vi) L supports for wall with all accessories such as nut ,bolt ,washers etc.Note :- a) All major and minor spares are required in laying of cables and fixing of cable trays which are not mention above are included in the quoted rates.b) All meterial such as cement ,concerete,tiles etc to make wall/roof /ground in its original shape after fixing of cable trays are included in the quoted rates.

5Taking down/dismantling of any capacity of electrical quipments by using Hydra mechine/suitable crane complete and including necessary disconnection of undergound/OH Line from the electrical equipments by taking proper electrical shut down and placed the electrical equipment on the safer places for doing SS cable tray work with proper caring and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any damage to electrical equipment during disconnection and handling will be repaired by the contractor without any extra payment .
6Shifting/Refixing back of any capacity of electrical quipments by using Hydra mechine/suitable crane complete and including necessary connection of undergound/OH Line from the electrical equipments by taking proper electrical shut down and placed the electrical equipment on the transformer plinth for after necessry SS cable tray works at site with proper caring and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Any damage to electrical equipment during connection and handling will be borned by the contractor without any extra payment .
7Material an lobour for providing un-interupted power supply to different LT feeders providing elect supply to the users during dismantling of PCC cable tray and laying and fixing of SS tray by providing arrangement of standby transformer with LT Panel of suitable capacity alongwith LT UG Cables with complete necessary electrical connection complete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
8Material an lobour for providing un-interupted power supply to different HT feeder providing supply to the users during dismantling of PCC cable tray and laying and fixing of new SS cable tray by providing arrangement of standby HT UG cable complete with joints and HT VCB/RMU Panel of suitable capacity of for different HT feeder at site alongwith complete lifting equipment like hydra, crane etc with complete necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9Taking down/dismantling of any capacity any size, any type and from any height of MES building and and floor of the power house building and any condition of LT Panel/LT equipments by using Hydra mechine/suitable crane complete and including tranportation shifting to MES Store Yard including make good the distrubed surface to the exist surface , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note- Dismantling and disconnecting HT cable and LT cables and shifting the E/M equipment to the MES store yard as directed by the Engr-in-Charge will be paid as one job)
10Taking down/dismantling of any capacity any size, any type and from any height of MES building and and floor of the power house building and any condition of HT Panel/equipments by using Hydra mechine/suitable crane complete and including tranportation shifting to MES Store Yard including make good the distrubed surface to the exist surface , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note- Dismantling and disconnecting HT cable and LT cables and shifting the E/M equipment to the MES store yard as directed by the Engr-in-Charge will be paid as one job)
11Supply, laying, testing and commissioning LT UG armoured, XLPE insulated, inner and outer sheathed,PVC insulated with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volts grade, of size 240 Sqmm 4 Core ISI marked with IS-7098, laid in trenches/floor/duct/wall including aluminium lugs of suitable sizes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
12Taking up old serviceable/unserviceable HT/LT UG cable of any size and capacity from trench/duct/pcc/interlocking/tiles/ including disconnection from electrical equipment and placed at the safer place for replacement, repair and re-laying or re-routing of size including make good the distrubed surface as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any damage to electrical cables of any type HT/LT during disconnection and handling will be repaired by the contractor without any extra payment . (Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Sch-'A')
13Refixing and relaying of HT/ LT UG cable of any size and type and capacity and laid in trenches/floor/duct/wall/SS cable tray including aluminium lugs of suitable sizes and taking necessary electrical shutdown for electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Any damage to electrical cables of any type HT/LT during disconnection and handling will be repaired by the contractor without any extra payment .
14Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr depth for laying of underground cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including separating serviceable bricks for re-use at site obtained during excavation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
15Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soils, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
16Removing excavated soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
17M &L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
18M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for filling in road cuts/hard standing etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
19M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary use & waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
20S & F GI tubing 80mm dia medium grade in protection of cable of different dia laid in trench under road/foot path or fixed on pole with necessary clamps with bolts etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
21M & L for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps, chequred pate and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
22Supply and fixing of reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .
23M&L for Premix ready mix road repair patching compound for instant repair manufactured with a blend bitumen, aggregates and high grade polymer to ensure immediate bonding with existing surface available in bag of 25 Kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
24Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for surface channels, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
25M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
