| 1 | Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF A/C system comprising of Outdoor units-02 Nos (20 Ton capacity) , Indoor units of capacity 1.57 TR- 04 Nos, 2.03 TR - 10 Nos and 2.5 TR- 06 Nos with connecting pipes and accessories through AMC under repair, replacement, overhaulling, maintenance of VRF A/C system through OEMs (Carrier) / ac credited Agencies installed at CGAE Bhubaneswar inside BPI Airport area of total capacity 40 Ton including necessary Major/Minor repair / replacement of defective parts work as required in any emergency and kept the the VRF A/C system in working condition at round the clock complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 1. Servicing the Indoor units at regular intervals and as frequently as the company deems necessary based on condition of the Indoor units and will take all responsible care and maintain the outdoor and indoor units in safe and proper working condition.2. Carry out the services work whenever possible on day convenient to the customer other than sunday and holiday and during regular working hours.3. Depute an entitled authorised service personnel to attend all call backs during normal working hours and also if any emergency even after working hours.4. Rate is inclusive of attending any emergency breakdown to keep VRF system running. 5.Quaterly health checking of outdoor and indoor units report should be submitted to department. 6.Rate is inclusive of spare parts as any required for repairing of VRF system7.
