Name of Work:- Painting of EFW Flash Chamber Structure in NIOT C us
Sl. No. Item Description
1Removing the existing paint in Steel structure by scrapping and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge (i) Scrap removal and cleaning of Entire structure to entire satisfaction of the NIOT.Coventional method of scrap cleaning using Scrap tools and hand held machines are allowed and other methods such as Sand Blasting, peen blasting etc is not allowed.(ii) Scaflolding rates should be inclusive.
2Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. Complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge Make : Marine Quality Epoxy Primer & Paint (Berger/Nippon/Jotun/CDC Carboline/AKZO Nobel.)Top coat colour : Grey(ii) Scaflolding rates should be inclusive.
