| 1 | New Town Convention Centre - 450mm letter 'N' heightProviding, fabricating, supplying and fixing individual Stainless Steel Letters made from Grade SS 304 of approved make, manufactured from precision laser-cut stainless steel sheets with 40 mm deep return formed and joined by laser welding to achieve seamless joints and a superior finish. The letters shall be fabricated in the required size, shape, font, language, and design as per approved drawings. The exposed face and returns shall be buffed and polished (as specified) to provide a smooth, uniform, and blemish-free finish and painted with Epoxy Paint with RAL Shades (as specified). The back support of each letter shall be made from 18 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) board, manufactured using the Celuka process, securely fixed to the stainless steel letter. Installation shall be carried out using approved fixing methods, including industrial-grade M-Seal epoxy, high-bond double-sided tape (3M VHB or equivalent), and/or Dow Corning silicone sealant (DowSIL or equivalent), as required to ensure proper alignment, rigidity, and long-term durability. All necessary templates, spacers, concealed fasteners, consumables, adhesives, accessories, labour, tools, The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with the approved shop drawings, specifications, site conditions, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. Measurement shall be made as specified in the BOQ, and the rate shall include all materials, fabrication, finishing, handling, installation, and testing necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as per direction of EIC.
