Condition 50 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) shall be deemed amended accordingly. The contractor shall submit original Tax invoices & e-way bills for the entire quantity of materials so procured. The material and T&P collected shall be entered in the MB as “NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED” and shall be duly signed by both the parties.GUARANTEE: Tenderer shall give guarantee 5% money for the work done against item 53.00 ,55.00 & 56.00 for 5 years in the shape of FDR in favour of GE(U) Ambala . |
