Evaluation and comparison shall be done on overall basis least cost to the MNGL. 6. The rate should be ALL INCLUSIVE, including all expenses, other costs & charges etc.7. Taxes & Duties if any shall be indicated clearly in your quotation and total amount should be inclusive of all taxes etc. 8. Bidder shall indicate the following rates considered in the prices indicated in the Price Schedule above. 9.
