Cordination and cooperation with the PMC agency and other agencies in preperation of the architectural designs and execution. Including taking of all pre and post construction statutory Approvals.Rates to be quoted % age of cost of respective work for which the above services is provided. GST will be paid extra as Applicable.
3Only Part A will be considered for the over all selection of the bidder. Part B is to get the rates for revision of master plan to avoid any confusion later.
