The work shall include tightening of all electricalconnections, filteration of transformer oil till desired BDV attained as perIS, measurement of insulation resistance (IR), transformer oil BDV(Breakdown Voltage) test, High Voltage (HV/Dielectric Withstand) test,Open Circuit Test, Short Circuit Test, vector grouping & magneticbalance test, preparation of preventive maintenance report andrestoration of the transformer to normal service. All necessary tools,calibrated test instruments, consumables, labour, safety precautions,and test reports shall be included. The work shall be carried out inaccordance with relevant IS 2026, IS 1180, IS 1866, IEC 60076, andthe Engineer-in-Charge's instructions. |
