Prepare Existing And Updated Slds, Electrical Drawings, Panel And Transformer Maintenance Schedule. Carry Out Inspection Of All Ht/Lt Substations, Transformers, Ht/Lt Panels, Apfc Panels, Dg Sets, Amf/Ats Panels, Dbs, Bus Duct, Cables, Earthing & Lighting Protection System And Prepare A Report Regarding Their Function And Performance. 4. Conduct Feeder-Wise, Building-Wise, Floor-Wise And Department-Wise Load Survey. 5. Identify Overloaded, Under Loaded And Unbalanced Feeders, Transformers And Panels And Provide Recommendations For Load Balancing. 6. Identify Obsolete And Damaged Panels/Equipment. 7. Verify Transformer Ratings, Cable Size, Current Carrying Capacity, Voltage Drop Etc. And Provide Recommendations For Corrective Measures. 8. Measure Voltage/Current, Unbalancing Of Circuits, And Power Factor Of The System. 9. Do Thermography Of Ht/Lt Panels, Transformers, Bus Bars, Cable Terminations, Entire Switchgears, Dgs And Amf Panels, Dbs Etc. 10. Shall Measure Earth Resistance; Verify Equipment Earthing, Continuity Of Earthing And Lightning Protection System. 11. Recommend Modifications Regarding Nec 2023(Sp30) And Statutory Safety Requirements. 12. Shall Prepare Inventory Of All Electrical EquipmentS Installed. 13. Shall Submit The Final Load Audit Report With 5 Nos. Hard Copies And Editable Soft Copies In Word, Excel, Autocad(Dwg) And Pdf Formats.
