Cleaning and checking healthiness of the electrical equipment of 3 No lifts and its machine room, limit switches in car and landing doors, car top, door bottom track, landing, well and pit, rescue of passengers from the lift during struck up checking of all interlocks to avoid malfunctioning of lift per shift, alarm systems, availability of permanent alternate power supply for motors and associated switchgear and service calls should be attended and completed within 24 Hours of all days. |

| 4 | Periodical Overhauling works for VIP Lift, Service Building Lift (Passenger lifts) capacity of 680 kg and Station Building Lift (Goods cum Passenger lifts) capacity of 1020 kg. (say once in a month for every lift) work involves:-a)Periodical examination, lubrication, minor adjustments for all functioning & moving parts.b)Cleaning of motors, controllers, sensors, limit switches, oscillator switches, timers and relays.c)Rectification of the electrical components like push buttons, floor position indicators, limit switches, oscillator switches, timer boards, relays, etc. if found defective .d)Rectification of mechanical components like door locks, door beads, door rollers, Gibbs, guide shoes, bearing etc., if found defective.e)Periodical examination and lubrication of all safety devices and governors such as rope greasing etc., f)All Mechanical & Electrical spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO (The required mechanical and electrical spares value up to Rs.2000/- to be supplied by the contractor only) |
