637(a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 3 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 150 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-30 Mtr and Shut off head 35 M) working at 3000 Wattp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS.(b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioning of Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 3000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized(minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp > 587 V & System Voc < 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed(Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision.
