| 1 | CAMC of Chiller with following scope 4 Nos. Quarter Routine Maintenance Services and break down calls. 24x7 Call logging at DAIPL toll free nos. All the spare parts (including consumable, Electricaland Mechanical) pertaining to chiller (shall be replaced or repaired on DAIPL discretion). Check oil level in the Oil separator.Check liquid sight glasses to determine if there is a refrigerant shortage. Inspecting the chiller units for leaks with a soap solution. Inspecting entire chiller units for any unusual conditions such as noise, vibration, etc.Check the system operating pressure and temperatures to ensure proper operating conditions. Check Evaporator and condenser approach. Check chilled water flow by checking pressure drop across the chiller. Inspect all safety controls and adjust if required. Review daily operating log maintained by Customers operating personnel and instruct operating engineer as required. Report to GED Office /SRM MCH in writing on any detected deficiencies of refrigerant and consumable like oil.oil filter, drier core, gasket and O ring, if required shall be change on chargeable basis.Yearly health report of the chiller and suggestions for improvement. Motor Insulation Checks. (Yearly) Yearly adjustments of controls if required.
