| 1 | SITC of DX type double skin air handling units (AHUs) each comprrsing of following as perthe specifications Casing of air handling units shall be in double skin construction. lnner skin shall be constructed out of 24 gauge plain GS sheet & outer skin in 24 gauge pre-plasticized GS sheet sandwitched between 50mm thick injected PU foam insulation of density not less than 40 Kg /CuM and complete with inspection doors and marine light, limit switch including control wiring as required. AHUs shall be provided with thermal break profile Fan section complete with backward curved DlDWtype centrifugal fan/s, lP-55, lE3, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 41-5+tO%Y,50H2,3 phaseACpowersupplyand belt drive package.Fan outlet velocity shall not more than 1800 FPM (9.2 MPS) Motors shall be VFD compatible.All fans should be AMCA certified. Fan section should be completed with 25mm thick Armasound acoustic insulation.Coil section with multirows deep DX type coil of copper tube & copper header and aluminium fins construction having wall thickness of tubes not less than 0.5mm. Drain pan shall be made out of 18 gauge stainless steel duly insulated. Facevelocity across cooling coil shall not exceed 500 FPM.Pre-Filter (EU-4) section complete with 50mm thick washable synthetic fibre filters. Velocity across the filters shall not exceed 500 FPM.AHUs shall be provided with mixing chamber with R/A & F/A openings withdampers as per approved shop drawing.ln addition to the above, air handling units shall be provided with fire retardent flexiblecanvassconnectionsmadeoutof canvas ssleeve.Sizesof airhandling units shall not exceed as mentioned in the design drawings and air handling units shallconform to the design parameters mentioned in specifications.The Air Handling Units (AHUs) shall be of followine dutv parameters: Make Edgetek, Sytemair,flakt, zeco.The rates are inclusive of carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and all taxes of octroi ,royality, malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes as imposed by the Govt time to time where applicalble . |
