| 1 | Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for operation, upkeepment of total PLC Based Central Monitoring cum Automation system of Panaghar Water Treatment Plant in continuous on line basis (for 24 hrs. per day) by engaging 2 (Two) Nos. operator and 2 (Two) Nos. of Knowledgeable & experinced personnel (Diploma Engineer) for the operation of the entire Rapid Gravity Filter Bed Operation and sludge removal system in Automatic or Semi-Automatic or manual mode at Filter House of Panaghar Water Treatment Plant as per direction of EIC.(2 Nos. Diploma Engineer and 2 Nos. Operator to be engaged) |

| 3 | Periodical inspection twice in a month by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Supervisor. Each Visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough/in-depth instruction of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. LT PDB Cum MCC Starter panel in various places like Chlorine room, chemical room, outdoor clari-flocuulator, filter house, operating console, LPBS, fuses, switches etc, with Scada related all mountings, accessories like panel, PCs, SMPS etc like and checking of healthy condition of all drawout feeders . |
| 4 | Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical installation by engaging licensed electrician/mechanic as and when required by supplying all necessary material including reacharge of GSM sim for internet access and cost. required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work as per direction of EIC.
