| 1 | Providing and Fixing of Aluminum composite laminated Paneling:Providing and fixing of Aluminum composite panels of 4 mm thick, 0.25 grade of approved shade. The job includes Providing and fixing of framework fabricated out of special type aluminum anodized sections of 40 mm x 25 mm of 2 mm thickness @ 0.33kg/m, to form grids (Size of the grids shall be as per the requirements at site). The basic framework shall be fixed to the masonry or concrete work with adequate and properly designed anchor fasteners – SS 316 nuts and bolts etc. The framework shall be finished to line and level. The Aluminum composite panel shall be fitted horizontally and as per design on to the frame work with spacer foam tape and applying Architectural grade silicone construction sealant (UV resistant) of Dow corning 789. The tools and tackles required for the job shall be arranged by the firm. The job also includes cost on account of exterior scaffolding as per site requirement. The design and molding shall be done as per directions of site Incharge. All items deemed fit for the job not included in the description shall be inclusive in the job. The 3D-design and shade shall be got finalized/ selected by the competent authority prior to start of the work. |
