For faster and smoother application , apply with airless gun. Spread Non-woven Geo-textile fabric or Fiber Glass Tissue / scrimp of 45 GSM with SBR bonding applicationwith overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky; this is optional, to be assessed as per site requirements to achieve higher mechanical properties. Apply 2nd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @ 1 kg (or 0.8 kg) / m² by brush / roller / airless spray for final DFT of 1200 micron in two coats (for 1000 microns DFT apply 0.825 kg / m² / coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
