There after contractor shall deploy sufficient manpower to attend the complaints on daily basis. The contractor shall arrange his resources accordingly. Non -compliance of the above on account of contractor's representative to Engineer incharge/JE or deployment of in-sufficient manpower to attend the complaints shall be bound to a penalty of Rs 1500/- per complaint per day after 02 Hrs of communication of complaint by any mode of communication (via SMS, telephone call, whatsapp etc to contractor/contractors rep). Contractor must also mobilise/procure/arrange all tools & machinery like megger, earthing rod, protective gear, test lamp etc for expeditions & safe working compulsary. It is mandatory for all prospective bidders to undertake a site visit before submitting their bids. The purpose of the site visit is to provide the bidders with a comprehensive understanding of the site requirements and the conditions that may affect the execution the work.
