| 6 | Supply and fabrication of a mild steel (MS) ice freezing tank (Brine Tank) designed to accommodate 552 Ice cans, with each ice can measuring 412 mm (L) x 209 mm (W) x 914 mm (H). The freezing tank should be constructed using 6 mm thick marine-grade MS sheet for the bottom and side walls. It includes a brine water circulation partition made from three 4 mm thick MS plates. Additionally, there should be supports for wooden framework on top, constructed using 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS equal angles, along with a framework for fixing wooden members between each ice can. To prevent the ice cans from falling over, a can rope made from 12 mm MS round rod should be installed. The tank should feature overflow and drain connections to the outside, utilizing 304 stainless steel (SS) pipes. | 8 | Supply and installation of V-shaped refrigeration (trunk) coils, totaling 3,000 running feet (1,000running feet per coil for 3 coils). The coils should be constructed from 32 mm Schedule 40 seamless pipe and should feature a 100 mm Schedule 40 seamless pipe header. Each coil should be connected with 3- inch flanges along with headers placed in the middle of the coils, and 2 ½-inch flanges are connectedwith the header at the front side of the coils. The condenser should be constructed from stainless steel 304 grade with a 1 mm thick casing and a hot-dip galvanized coil measuring 26.45 mm in outer diameter and 3.2 mm thick. The tank must also be made of stainless steel 304 grade, with a thickness of 2 mm. The setup should include Two 2 hp blower fans, One 3 hp BIS-certified condenser water pump, BIS standard butterfly valve, GI suction and discharge pipes, DN 65 mm schedule 80 MS pipe for the ammonia inlet, and DN 32 mm schedule 80 MS pipe for the outlet. Additionally, the installation must incorporate a pressure relief valve and temperature and pressure gauges fitted onto both the inlet and outlet lines. The axial fan type shall feature PPG fans with an aluminum hub in an aerofoil design. The fan motors must be IE3 TEFC squirrel cage motors with IP 56 protection, suitable for hot and humid air streams. The motors should be compatible with a 415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The water spray system will include a UPVC water spray header and synthetic material nozzles designed for heavy-duty operation. Efficient design eliminators made of GI or PVC fill will be integrated into the fan section. Furthermore, a slope of 22 mm per meter must be provided for the condenser drain line towardthe receiver. All reductions in pipe size should be done on a vertical line. A minimum vertical leg height of 5 feet (1.5 meters) for the ammonia must be maintained between the condenser drain line and the receiver inlet.
