Removing, Scraping Old Paint From Walls, And Cleaning The Surface With Wire Brushing And Sandpapering, Including Necessary Surface Repair, And Providing And Erecting Scaffolding Wherever Required. Painting With Oil Bound Distemper Of Approved Brand And Shade. Application Of Wall Putty, Wherever Required, To Achieve A Smooth And Uniform Finished Surface Prior To Painting. The Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of The Cost Of All Materials And Labour Charges For The Painting Work.
