State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5 - 8.5, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 20 mg /litre, Feacal Coliform (MPN <1000/100 ml) ,N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre . The scope of work including C/O 01 No. inlet chamber, 1 No. Screening channel with cleaning arrangement, 1 No. Grit channel and distribution box, construction of Multi Baffled Anaerobic Reactor, (Minimum Volume 261.25 cum for Zone-I, 91.67 cum for Zone-II & 213.89 cum for Zone-III, Minimum height 3.50 m+F.B.) construction of sludge drying beds as per design requirements, construction of wetland (Minimumum area 375 Sqm for Zone-I, 132 Sqm for Zone-II & 307 Sqm for Zone-III, minimum Height 2.00 M) units, multimedia filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, walkways for all units, Plant building/ Chowkidhar room, providing & installation of all mechanical & electrical equipment’s as per (CPHEEO Manual Latest edition / amendments) / chapter No. I to V. It also includes site development for all civil structures, interconnecting Pipes (DI/PVC of required Dia), path, providing and fixing Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard with gate, laboratory equipments and providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The design methedology should be based on CPHEEO mannual on Sewage and Sewage Treatment and the kinetic equations and rate constants involved in the design process should have authentic references duly wetted from IIT/NIT/PEC. The offer should also include laboratory equipments as per requirements of CPHEEO mannual of sewerage & water supply. |
