This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only.2. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same.I) Evaluation Criteria:Bidder to note that Evaluation is to be done inclusive of GST rate quoted by the bidder.a) It is mandatory for bidders to mention GST rate in Column-14 (i.e Col-N). Bidder shall quote same GST tax rate in this BOQ sheet as confirmed by bidder in \\"Exhibit Format_Part-2\\" of Tender document. b) In case there is mismatch between the quoted GST rate in BOQ sheet and declared GST rate in \\"Exhibit Format_Part-2\\" of tender document, in that case evaluation for L1 position is to be done based on the GST rate mentioned in BOQ sheet. However, during award, lowest declared GST rate among the BOQ sheet and \\"Exhibit Format_Part-2\\" of Section-2 of tender document shall be paid by IOCL. Balance differentiate GST shall be bidder's responsibility.c) In case bidder does not mentioned any GST rate in \\"Exhibit Format_Part-2\\" of Tender document then GST rate as mentioned in BOQ sheet shall be considered.II) Follow the Following Steps for Declaring GST:Step-1 : Fill the applicable tax rate in Column-14 (i.e at Col-N). Accordingly total Landed Cost which is inclusive of GST will appear in Column-53 (i.e at i.e at Col-BA).Step-2 : Select from drop down in Column-5 (i.e at Col-E).
