| 2 | Removal of accumulated ash in penthouse, roof, ceiling gurder and rear arch enclosure : Charges for Removal of accumulated ash inside the boiler pent house, I & II pass boiler roof, ceiling gurder, drum enclosure area between I Pass & II Pass & Rear arch area of various higher elevation of Boiler, scrapping of sticking ash from all the boiler tube surfaces skin casing top surfaces boiler tube header surfaces using scrapping plates and wire brushes, etc, inside the highly ash polluted and unapproachable pent house area. Charges inclusive of consumables & T&P's. |

| 4 | Charges for complete removal of ash accumulated in boiler buck stays from 12 Mtrs to 78 Mtrs on all sides and all elevations, wind box area and burner area etc. including burner protection roof at both sides of boiler. Charges inclusive of consumables & T&P's. |
| 5 | Boiler outside structure waterwashing :Charges for cleaning of Boiler structures up to 80Mtr Elevation by water jet washing on all four sides : Charges for transportation of fire fighting hoses, nozzles, valves and other material from stores to site at various location and fitting to the site hydrant points at various elevations and cleaning of all four sides of Boiler structures, outer casing of I & II pass, floor grills upto 80mtr level and return back after completion of work. Charges inclusive of transportation, consumables and T&Ps. |
| 6 | Cutting and removing of damaged deck sheet and structural supports between damaged horizontal deck sheet and support structural channel at 80mtr elevation at inside the boiler pent house around Re-heater rear outlet header area and lowering the dismantled scrap materials from 80 mtr to 0 mtr elevation, transporting and devoluting to stores, including leading, lifting, necessary T&P's and consumables (The contractor should be arrange necessary truck for the transportation). |
