| 1 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 305 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 3 | Providing and laying Polished Granite stone slab of jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye colour flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etcetra all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Polished upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing 2.5 ft (750 mm) high Shaheed Statue of silicon bronze over the pedestal, including casting by lost-wax process, internal armature, chasing, finishing, antique bronze patina, protective coating, transportation and fixing on pedestal, complete in all respects as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Construction of pavement with 60mm ( Sixty millimetre) thick concrete blocks make ISI conforming to clause 1504.2.1 of MORD specifications, paved and compacted over a thin bedding of sand layers (material meeting the requirement of Table 1500.6 of these specifications) of specified grading to be spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and bounded by properly edge restraints conforming to clause 1504.2.2 and 1504.2.3 of these specifications and complete the work to the satisfication of Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer of the area. (Subject to further entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge), including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
