Bid submitted with any change in the commerical bid format shall be liable for rejection.2. The bidder shall quote the rate considering a base quantity of 4,00,000 (One Lakh) students. However, the actual quantity may vary depending upon the specific project requirements.3.The contract value shall be determined on a pro-rata basis, and as per the actual quantity specified in the Purchase Order (PO) / Agreement issued by the Client.4. It is further clarified that this tender does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work. 5. Bidders to provide all accessories required for successful installation & commissioning of complete system at no extra cost to TCIL.6. This commercial bid is strictly non-shareable and confidential. Bidders to maintain integrity of the commercials and are restricted from sharing the file and prices with any third party.7. TCIL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason.8.
