| 1 | Filteration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil (at Site) on load system, EHV grade having di-electric strength not less than 55KV with 2.5 mm gap high viscosity in transformer of capacity 40 KVA to 500 KVA as per IS-335 of 1983. The reducing moisture, acidity carbon particle in transformer Oil.Note: The filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out site. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for arrangement of filtration machine and its transporation to various location of installation of transformer and top up of transformer oil. |

| 3 | Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 315 KVA transformer any make, installed on plinth/floor/pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type, step opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectfying the defect at site except major fault of burnt winding or other. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Step opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/ rectified the faults of the transformer. (b) Replacement of defective HT/LT bushes, spindles etc. (c) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers.(d) Testing of transformer Complete. Note: (i) In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / tap changer etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will measured and paid for separately under relevant item.(iii) Replacement of gaskets to arrest the leakages is included in the item rate(iv) The rate also including the painting of complete transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour |
| 4 | Taking down transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV of any make of capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA mounted on two/four pole structure or on platform / indoor floor mounted carefully from their position after removing electrical connection, earthing leads etc, for executing necessary comprehensive preventive maintenance as well repairs necessiated, including to and fro transporting to Workshop, and refixing & testing after execution of maint/repair to their original position or to other location as directed of capacity as under: -Note :- (i) Necessary transportation where directed and crane for lifting/un loading on platform is also included in the item rate only.(ii) The rate also including the painting of complete transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour |

The following tasks will will be performed :- (a) Opening of the Voltage stablizer and removing the top cover for checking/rectified the faults of the servo voltage stablizer. (b) Replacement of defective/ burnt wires and checking external connections. (c) Refixing the top cover with nuts, bolts and washers.(d) Testing of Voltage stablizer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of dimmer Coil, Servo motor, Toggles switch, PCB etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Oil (if required) for topping will measured and paid for separately under relevant item. |
