Name of Work:- MISC REPAIRS, RECANNING AND PAINTING TO VARIOUS FURNITURES OF ARTY CENTRE, CAATS AND OTHER MISC UNITS UNDER GE NASIK ROAD

1Repair to Table Centre (FD-235/274) :-
2Removing the unserviceable/broken top of table centre and providing new top of size 900x450 mm made out 18 mm thick MDF board including 4 mm thick teak beading around the table top complete duly French polished and fixing with necessary screws to frame all as specified and directed.
3Removing unserviceable/broken legs of table centre and S&F new legs made out of 1st class HW (Indian teak) made to shape and size duly French polished and fixed with glue and bamboo pin all as specified and directed
4All as per items Ser No 1.02 above but front/back side rails of Centre table.
5Recaning of Chair Dining, Chair Easy and Chair Writing (FD-228/279/17/229 & FD-20/280/DB-3972) :-
6Removing old plastic cane from position and recaning with white/yellow colour plastic cane of 1.8mm wide x 0.40 mm thick as per Godrej pattern to the wooden furniture such as Chair Dinning, Chair Easy & chair writing.
7Repairs to bed Ply wood top (FD-245/246/247) as under :-
8Taking down unserviceable head board complete from the bed and S/F new head board made out of 1st class HW duly french polished on both side of head board all as specified and shown in Drg.
9All as per item Nos 3.01 above but for foot board of bed.
10Removing of old unserviceable worn out ply wood top and batten from bed hard and S&F new batten 900 mm long of size 15x40 mm and ply wood 12 mm thick BWR grade commercial ply wood of required size fix with screws and polishing complete bed after repair to all schedule as specified and directed. The ply wood shall be in single peace as per drg No-FD-246/247.
11Repair to Chair Dining JCO's OR, PVC Seat (FD/Map-II/05) as under :-
12Removing old unserviceable/broken PVC Seat of chair dinning JCOs/ORs and providing & fixing new PVC Seat to chair dining JCOs/ORs duly French polish complete all as specified on drawing and as directed.
13Repair to table dining 6 pers (FD-239/273)as under :-
14Removing unserviceable worn out top of table and S&F new top made of 18 mm thick MDF board of size 1500x900mm including 4 mm thich 1st class hard wood teak edging all round of table top complete all as specified and shown in drg.
15Removing unserviceable worn out legs of table and S&F new legs made out of 1st class HW (Indian Teak) made to shape and size as per drg duly French Polished, fixed with glue and bamboos pin complete all as specified & shown on Drgs.
16All as per item Nos 5 above but long rail of table dining.
17All as per item Nos 5 above but short rail of table dining.
18Rapair to Form without Back steel (FD-77/1027) as under :-
19M&L for welding frame of old form without back and making good condition for fixing of new wooden plank and apply one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and providing hard rubber shoes 04 Nos for each frame at leg side all as directed.
20Removing old unserviceable / Broken wooden plank and S&F new top made out of 25 mm thick 2nd class hardwood of size 1900x305 mm duly painted with golden brown enamel paint over one coat of wooden primer and fixed to the frame with suitable nut and Bolt with washer all as per drawing and all as directed.
21Repair to Chair Tubular with arms steel (FD-75m) as under :-
22Removing unserviceabe/worn out seat frame form chair tubular steel with arm and S&F new seat frame made out of second class hard wood duly cannned as Godrej Pattern complete all as specified on drawing and as directed.
23All as per ser item No 7.01 above but for back frame only.
24M&L for painting synthetic paint (Ordinary tint), ONE coat, to a steel frame of chair tubular steel with arm including preparation all as specified & directed.
25Removing unserviceabe/wornout handle form chair tubular steel with arm and S&F new handle made out of second class hard wood duly two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified on drawing and as directed.
26Rapair to chair Varandha (FD-19(M)/256/359) as under :-
27Removing old wornout/ unserviceable plastic cane from chair varandha, welding the loose/broken portion of chair frame wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white on frame, recanning the chair with 5x0.4mm thick plastic cane good quality (recycled cane shall not be used) and provided with 04 Nos rubber shoes to legs of chair varandha all as specified on drawing and as directed.
28Repair to Tepoy Varandah FD-255 as under :-
29Removing unserviceable top of teapoy varandah, repair the loose/broken portion of teapoy frame wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white on frame and providing new top of size 900x450mm, made out of 18mm thick MDF board including teak wood beading 4mm thick alround the top, duly french polished on beading as directed & as shown on Drg.
30Repair to table dining ORs FD-165(M) as under :-
31Removing of existing unserviceable top of table Dining ORs and S&F new Aluminium top of same size & shape made out of 18/19 mm thick of block board duly covered of 1mm thick Aluminium sheet and fixing with suitable screw to table frame as per drg & directed.
32Removing of old unserviceable leg with rubber shoe and welded new legs with rubber shoe as per existing specification & drg.
33Removing of old unserviceable long rail of top frame and welded new long rail as per existing specification & drg.
34Removing of old unserviceable short rail of top frame and welded new short rail as per existing specification & drg.
35Removing of old unserviceable stiffner long and welded new stiffner long as per existing specification & drg.
36Removing of old U/S stiffner short and welded new stiffner short as per existing specification & drg.
37Repair to sofa set 5/4 seater (FD-373) as under :-
38Repair to sofa set 5/4 seater FD-373 by removing old unserviceable seat & back by replacing with new foam/cushion, 40 density 100 mm tapestry alongwith cover as specified and shown in drg (Rate of Tapestry shall be not less than Rs 200/- per m)
39Chair school with spl hand board ( FD/E6/MAP/05) as under :-
40Removing the exisiting worn out PVC seat and hand board from chair school as directed.
41Scraping of old paint from chair school and applying one coat of red oxide (Primer) paint and two coat of synthitic enamel paint of black/brown colour by spray painting as directed.
42S&F of new PVC seat as per existing size and shape of chair school fixed with steel frame with screw all as specified and directed.
43S&F of New hand board made out of partical board as per existing size and shape of chair school fixed with handle of steel frame with screw all as specified and directed.
44Repairs to chair writing (FD-250/280) as under :-
45Removing old unserviceable side rails of chair and S&F new side rail made out of 1st class HW (India Teak) duly French polished and tightening the chair complete all as specified and shown in drg.
46All as per item No 13.01 above but back rail and front rails of chair writing.
47All as per item No 13.01 above but front legs of chair writing
48All as per item No 13.01 above but rear legs of chair writing
49All as per item No 13.01 above but stiffeners of chair writing

62Removing old unserviceable worn out top of table and providing and fixing new table top size 1145x600mm made out of 18mm thick MDF board with teak veneer natural finish one side with and including 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round including tightening the same as directed.
63Repair to unserviceable worn out back side of table by providing/fixing new 6mm thick commercial plywood to table writing french polished complete all as specified & as directed.
64Repair to unserviceable worn out sides of table by providing/fixing 4mm thick Teak Veneared plywood to table writing including french polish complete all as specified and as directed.
65Removing of unserviceable worn out door shutter of table writing and providing and fixing new door shutter made out with 18mm thick particle board teak veneer natural finished one side complete including 4mm thick 1st class teak wood beading with required size piano hinges all round to shutter with 40mm dia powder coated MS knob with one magnitic door catcher including french polishing to shutter all as specified and as directed.
66Repair to Locker bed side Steel (FD-1029/1029( R)) as under :-
67Removing of unserviceable hinges from shutters S&F of new hinges 75mm by welding properly to the shutters all as specified on drawing and directed.
68Removing unserviceable Hasp & staples from lockers S&F of new Hasp & staples 75mm steel CP duly welded to the locker shutters in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed.
69Removing of unserviceable Handles from lockers, S&F of new handles 100mm steel CP ('C' type) duly welded to the locker shutter in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed.
70Removing of unserviceable 3 way locking device from locker S&F of new locking device complete with 100mm steel CP handles duly fitted with nut and bolt/welding to the locker in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed.
71Removing of unserviceable lock from locker S&F of new locks of size 50mm, 6 levers with keys in duplicate Make-Godrej and fixing them with 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed.
72Removing of unserviceable sliding channel for locker bed side with drawer and S&F new sliding channel all as specified on drawng and direced.
73Charpoy with Hard Top (MAP) Steel (FD/MAP-II/01) :-
74Removing the existing worn out unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy With Hard Top (MAP) Steel as per drg & directed.
75Removing old Plytop from Charpoy With Hard Top (MAP) Steel & S&F new plywood made out of 12mm thick plywood commercial BWR grade, ISI Mark on top fixed to each cleat with counter sunk nut bolt & washer of required length all as specified and diredted.
76Removing old U/S stiffner from charpoy and S&F with welding of new stiffner made out of MS Square Tube 25x25x1mm thick between long rail to long rail as directed.
77Repairs to table 900 x 600 x 760 mm with drawers as under (FD-42/88/224):-
78Removing unserviceable/broken top of table & S&F new top made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood teak edging all round of table top complete all as specified and shown in drg.
79Removing unserviceable/broken drawer of table and S&F new drawer made out of 1st class HW (Indian Teak) made to shape and size as per drgs duly French polished fixed with glue and bamboo pins complete all as specified and shown in drg.

86Removing unserviceable/broken legs of table and S&F new legs, made out of 1st class HW (Indian Teak) made to shape and size duly French polished fixed with glue and bamboo pins all as specified and shown in drg.

89Repair to chair Computer/revolving tilting/office chair revolving (FD-75(M) /FD/E6/MAP/01) /FD-4103 as under :-
90Removing the old unserviceable/worn out wheels from the chairs, replacing with new nylon/PVC wheel duly fitted to the chair with suitable size of screws all as shown in drawing and directed by executive on ground.
91Removing the old unserviceable/worn out Gas lift mechanism/pnuematic pump from the chair, replacing with new high quality gas lift mechanism pump alongwith titling bolt suitable size duly fitted to the chair all as specified and directed by executive on ground.
92Removing the old unserviceable/worn out Arm rest (Handle) from the chair, replacing with new D type PU soft/Hard handles of suitable size duly fitted to the chair with screws/Bolt at required size all as specified and directed by executive on ground.
93Removing the old unserviceable stand Base from the chairs, replacing with new stand made up of Base PVC with wheel of reqiured size to be fitted to the chair at original shape complete all as specified and directed by executive on ground.
94Removing the old unserviceable seat from the chair, replacing with new seat made out of 12mm thick moulded ply sheet and chemically treated and cushioning covered by fabric/Leather cloth as approved by GE all as specified and directed by executive on ground.
95Removing the old unserviceable back from the chair, replacing with new back made out of 12mm thick moulded ply sheet and chemically treated and cushioning covered by fabric/Leather cloth as approved by GE all as specified and directed by executive on ground.
